Metal Halide to LED Replacement: Size by Lumens

Quick answer
To plan a metal-halide replacement, compare delivered light and installation requirements rather than assuming equal wattage means equal performance. MGC01 and WK06 sheets name replacement applications; other families need a photometric comparison using the published figures below.
What our spec sheets state

No other Allmax spec sheet or catalogue page states a metal halide equivalent. For those fixtures, use the method below.
Size by lumens, not by watts
- Find the light level the space needs, from the existing fixture's photometric file or from a lighting layout.
- Use the fixture lumens below to shortlist models, then check their distribution in the project layout; fixture lumens alone do not establish task-plane light.
- Where the model has selectable wattage, set the output on site.
