Allmax · Commercial LED

The lab is on this page.

Every protocol we run on a commercial SKU, named — with the procedure and the conditions it runs under. Raw data is a download, not a claim.

UL588

Rain and wet-location test

Fixtures run under controlled water ingress to verify the wet-location behaviour holds across the enclosure and the gasket line.

110%

24-hour voltage burn-in

Every batch runs at 110% of rated voltage for twenty-four hours, which surfaces early-life driver failures before the fixture leaves the floor.

−20 / +50°C

Thermal cycling

Fixtures cycle across the full operating temperature range to prove the thermal design under the conditions the job site actually sees.

LM-79

Photometric measurement

Raw photometric data is recorded and published as a download, dated and versioned, rather than summarised into a marketing figure.

What a published protocol means

A protocol is published when the procedure, the conditions, and the dated report are all available to the person specifying the fixture. When a protocol changes, the document is versioned rather than quietly replaced — so a spec written last year can still be checked against the paperwork that backed it.

Per-fixture reports are issued on request while this page is being populated with the downloadable set. A US contact sends them directly.
