The standard commercial warranty on every Allmax LED fixture is 5 years from the manufacturing date printed on the SKU document. Select SKUs carry an optional 7-year term.

- Photometric performance within the LM-80 depreciation curve
How to register
Every fixture ships with a warranty certificate in the installing party’s name. Warranty registration is on the certificate; no separate portal enrollment is required for the 5-year standard term.

How to file a claim
Write to service@allmax.com.tw with the model number, install date, purchase channel, and a photograph of the label. Warranty claims are routed separately from sales.

Warranty pass-through for distributors
The warranty certificate is issued in the distributor’s name on each PO, so a stocking distributor can honor a claim directly without routing to Allmax.
The warranty document
The full warranty document — the specific terms, exclusions, and the extended-term qualifying SKU list — is dated, versioned, and released with the quotation.
