The paperwork a compliance review asks for already exists — country of origin, test protocol, driver brand, LED bin, and listing certificate, held per SKU and per manufacturing lot.
TAA-eligibility, per SKU
TAA-eligibility is determined at the SKU level, not the family level. Cambodia (as a Least-Developed Country under FAR 25.003) and Taiwan (under the WTO GPA as “Chinese Taipei”) are the two paths.
The TAA attestation letter for a specific SKU is issued by counsel and released with the quotation. This page does not restate the counsel letter, because the letter is the document a compliance reviewer files.

Country of origin, held per lot
Every manufactured lot carries its own country-of-origin determination and is tracked in the lot record. The site does not summarise which countries a SKU was ever manufactured in, because a summary is not the document a reviewer files. The determination for a specific lot is released with the quotation.
Section 889 and BABA statements
Section 889 compliance is confirmed per SKU on request; BABA (Build America Buy America) determinations are handled per project because BABA is project-based, not product-based.
Both determinations are issued in writing.
Test protocol commitments
Every commercial SKU runs a named set of tests — UL588 wet-location, 110% voltage 24-hour burn-in, thermal cycle across the full operating range, and LM-79 photometric measurement. The procedure, the conditions, and the dated report are all available to the person specifying the fixture.
Warranty, dated and versioned
The standard commercial warranty term is stated on the SKU document and released with the quotation. Where a project requires warranty pass-through terms different from the standard, the varied terms are issued in writing per project.
Listing certificates
Listing certificates, test reports, and the country-of-origin determination are held per SKU and per manufacturing lot, and are released with the quotation. This page does not summarise them, because a summary is not the document a compliance reviewer files.
