Product support

Installed-project support for commercial fixtures — model number, install date, label photo. Support routed separately from sales.

Support for a commercial fixture already in service.

Two routes, on purpose

Project and specification enquiries — pricing, lead times, documentation, cross-references — go through the quote route, where our team replies with pricing and the documentation.

Installed-fixture support

For a commercial fixture already installed on a job site, write to service@allmax.com.tw and mark the subject line with the model number. Installed-fixture support is routed to the team that handles field product, not to a salesperson — so a support question is never queued behind a quotation.

Read the trade buyer FAQ for common document and ordering questions, or use general contact routes for another inquiry.

What we need on the first email

  • The model number (printed on the label; also on the spec sheet you received with the fixture)
  • The date and channel of purchase (distributor, direct, or via a rep)
  • A photograph of the label, taken directly on the fixture

Those three items are what let someone answer on the first reply rather than the third.

What we can help with

  • Warranty claims and the paperwork the reviewer will ask for
  • Cross-references from a fixture that is being end-of-lifed to a current SKU
  • Field-level driver / LED replacement guidance
  • IES files, spec sheets, or TAA attestation letters that were not delivered with the original quotation

What we cannot help with here

This page is for commercial fixtures specified through allmaxlighting.com or a distributor. For consumer retail lighting purchased through a big-box retailer, that channel handles its own support and is separate from the commercial line.

How we work

Documented at every step

Every fixture ships with its paperwork — driver brand, LED bin, test protocol, and country of origin, dated and versioned.
