Standard terms:
The standard 5-year commercial warranty is issued in the distributor's name on each PO, so a stocking distributor can honor warranty claims directly without requiring the end-installer to route to Allmax.
Where a project requires longer terms (7-year optional on select SKUs), the varied term is issued in writing per project.
New-line-card samples: one working sample per family on the initial stocking order, credited against the first invoice. Additional demo samples issued on request for confirmed distributor accounts.
Where a distributor's utility program requires a DLC QPL Product ID for rebate approval, our team provides the ID where issued and, where the utility requires it, the source report.
Standard MDF (Marketing Development Funds) is issued per stocking level on qualifying purchases. Program details on request.
