01 · Accountability
Who answers for the plant
Allmax is a lighting brand with its own manufacturing capacity, rooted in Taiwan since 1966. We run our own plant, manage the partner plants we qualify, and keep the paperwork.
When you have a question about a fixture, you ask us, not the plant. One company stands behind every fixture and its file, from the first sample to the last shipment.

Our own plant, plus a network of partner plants we choose, qualify and manage.
We place each order where the product, capacity and delivery fit the job. You never have to learn which plant that was.
03 · Qualification
How a plant earns the work
A plant makes an Allmax fixture only after it has built to our specification and passed our review.
We write the specification with the plant, review its samples against it, and approve the bill of materials, drawings and reference sample before anything is released for production.
04 · Validation
Four checkpoints before anything ships
Every product passes the same four gates. A later component or plant change is reviewed before production continues.
Engineering samples
Light output, electrical behaviour and temperatures, measured against the specification.
Production-intent samples
Intended components and construction validated; applicable lab testing completed.
Pilot production
Assembly repeatability, line tests, inspection criteria and packaging checked.
Controlled release
Bill of materials, drawings, reference sample and documentation approved.
05 · Documentation
Origin and paper, per SKU
Origin is decided per SKU and stated in writing with the quotation.
Because we choose the plant per order, the paper follows the plant. Listings that apply to a SKU travel with its quotation, and federal sourcing statements are prepared per SKU or per project on request.
06 · Scope
What we do and what we do not
We plan, make, specify, quality-check and ship. Some work runs in our own plant, the rest in partner plants we qualify and manage, and we say so.
Our own capacity sets the standard. The partner network lets us place work where it fits, not only where we own a line.
