TAA-eligibility, per SKU
TAA-eligibility is determined at the SKU level, not the family level. Cambodia (as a Least-Developed Country under FAR 25.003) and Taiwan (under the WTO GPA as "Chinese Taipei") are the two paths.
The TAA attestation letter for a specific SKU is issued by counsel and released with the quotation. This site does not summarise the letter, because the letter is the document a compliance reviewer files.
Browse the product families→Section 889 and BABA
Section 889 (Prohibition on Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment) compliance is confirmed per SKU on request.
BABA (Build America Buy America Act, IIJA §70914) determinations are handled per project because BABA is project-based rather than product-based.
Both determinations are issued in writing.
Country of origin, held per lot
Every manufactured lot carries its own country-of-origin determination and is tracked in the lot record. When a specific project requires the source determination for a specific lot, the source is released rather than a summary.
Compliance documentation package
For a federal, hospital, or university project the standard compliance package includes:
- TAA attestation letter for each SKU on the fixture schedule
- Country-of-origin determination for the specific manufacturing lot
- Listing certificate for each SKU (where issued)
- LM-79 photometric report and IES file
- LM-80 lumen-maintenance report
- DLC QPL Product ID (where issued)
- Warranty statement
- Section 889 statement (on request)
- BABA determination (on request, project-specific)
Test protocols, versioned
Every commercial SKU runs a named set of tests. When a protocol changes, the document is versioned rather than quietly replaced — so a fixture schedule written last year can still be checked against the paperwork that backed it.
Read how we test→Documented at every step
Every SKU discloses driver brand, LED bin, and country of origin, dated and versioned. The disclosure is the document released with the quotation, not a badge on the page.
